Does an event such as OnRenko() exists? I only see OnStart, OnBar, OnTick and OnStop

I've made a simple test yesterday, the symbol.pipsize for us500 is 1, and I noticed the onbar with renkos was being updated at each unit, for example:

This provides very little resolution. Is it possible to make a Renko0.5?

I don't want to create a new instance.
