I know you're working to resolve this as soon as possible. Honestly it's been a disastrous failure. The opportunity cost of so many missed trades has been huge. :(

When cTrader first loads, the moving averages are there:

When I click on any symbol in my watchlist, the moving averages disappear:

Can confirm I'm having the same problem.

It seems a lot of others have the same issue. I also get the connection error message.
