Dear Trader,

We kindly ask you to perform the following steps:

  1. Uninstall cAlgo. Prior uninstalling cAlgo you should make a backup of your indicators and cBots which are located in: “C:\Users\%USERNAME%\Documents\cAlgo\Sources”

  2. Enter the below in the SEARCH bar of your PC’s start menu: “%LOCALAPPDATA%”

  3. Open folder “LOCAL”, then “APPS” and delete the “2.0” folder

  4. Uninstall .NET framework from your computer (restart may be required)

  5. Install the latest .NET from Microsoft: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3045560 and restart your computer.

  6. Install cAlgo again.

I performed these steps but still no market data newer than 9/4. What should I try next?

Thanks for your help!

I emptied both caches while cAlgo was closed. Still no market feed.

I installed cTrader and it works fine.

Dear Trader,

Do you have the same issue on cTrader too?

If so please contact your Broker.

If you don’t have this issue on cTrader please clear the cache and backtesting cache of cAlgo when cAlgo is closed. The cache and backtesting cache are located in:

C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\%BROKER%-cAlgo\Cache

C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\%BROKER%-cAlgo\BacktestingCache

I don't have cTrader installed and am just using cAlgo on Demo account. I found the ...\Cache folder and the ...\BacktestingCache folder, and they have CTB files. By "clear" do you mean delete the folders or delete only the CTB files in those folders?

Thanks,

Gary
