Hi @ncel01,

I would have had a look at this too but I am not in a mood to interrogate you or figure out what you are doing. For some unknown reason, you never have time to share the information requested from you by others but you have the time to write tens of lines of moaning comments. 

I have been on this forum for so many years and believe me most of your problems would have been solved 10x faster if you had been 10% more cooperative. But for an unknown reason you always seem to choose the collision path. Good luck with this

Hi there,

Because OnBar is executed on bar opening. Therefore at that moment the close bar of the current bar and the close bar of the previous bar are the same. So it is possible for the two values to be the same

That's great. Can you direct me into the direction on how to do that? I was thinking to have it run with a cron job on my server on certain intervals and for it to run my python script. It could be frequent so I want to avoid having to log in each time but I have not figured out how to keep the connection persistent especially if I am running a python script on certain time intervals to pull data. Again I am very new at this sort of thing.

Still looking for an answer to this if anyone has any ideas…

Did you check the Python samples on GitHub? They should contain an implementation for heartbeats. In any case, it should not be complicated. You just need to send the heartbeat message every 10 seconds.

Note that the ROI is calculated based on equity. So based on the highest equity I can see on the chart the drop was probably higher. Therefore the ROI drop seems to make sense to me.
