Not sure what you're asking for since if you're using Visual Studio you can easily create your own.

Just go into cTrader, under Automate, create a new indicator/bot, and then click to "edit in Visual Studio".

Why not save that as your template?

The issue was that since latest Ctrader versions 4.2 and onwards, does not seem to work with earlier VS versions like 2015. The issue is resolved now as it seem to be possible to create a project template directly in VS without "edit in Visual Studio" as latest Ctrader supports 4.x versions of .NET
