background objects should also be creatable by cBot !

here is my wishlist:

- user can create objects (like horizontal lines) on chart.

- all objects (regardless if created by user oder cBot) should fire events like created, dragged, deleted (=> similar to MT4 / MT5)

- cBot can access (read and modify) *ALL* objects properties (even from objects created manually by user)

- cBot is able to create objects programmatically, which then can be modified by user.
