Im assuming your using a third party appliction to install cTrader platform on your mac such as Play on Mac, i have tried this in the past however does not work.
The only way i found to get cTrader to work on mac is to, install an application called Parallels, it lets you have windows on your mac, you would then download and install cTrader whilst you are running windows.
If you have a search for parallels and have a look, i am sure you will understand what i mean.
