Can you please share with us some more details of your problem so we can investigate?
1) Can you please elaborate what logging problems do you have? Does the webpage not load at all? Does it not accept your password? Can you share a screenshot?
2) Can you tell us the broker you are using? Have you tried with other brokers?
2) Please give us some details about your browser (which browser, version etc)
I am also having problems with Webtrader on Safari 10.1.1 in my 10.12.5 Sierra mac. I am with FxPro, and their Webtrader will not let me log in to my cTrader ID account. The Log in link at the top right corner does not work, and going through Sign up, and changing to Log in, takes me to a window with the cTrader web page, but Webtrader does not aknowledge me.
Sometimes, when I go to Webtrader from the cTraders website, my name will appear at the top right as if logged in, but when I try to change workspaces it tell me I need to log in to my cTrader ID account.
Webtrader works fine in Chrome, but that is not the browser I use, so I need to keep Safari and Chrome open, with the subsecuent drain on battery, CPU and memory resources.
I attach screenshots of both situations. Please help!
