Hello. First of all, I find the Risk/Reward tool you've added to the web platform very useful. However, I wish this tool could be integrated into both PC and Mac desktop applications as well. If this happens, many people in my circle will transfer their accounts to cTrader. I'm eagerly looking forward to the announcement of this development.
Hi there,
It will be added soon in all the rest of the applications.
I only just found the risk-reward tool after a year of using cTrader, because it seems buried in the web app only.
Requests please: * implement on the desktop app (specifically Mac) * a way to set a default at account level for the fixed risk. It seems to be stuck at about £800 ($1000??) regardless of what I reset it do for each trade. I generally for instance trade £100 or £1000 - ai 1% of my account start balance. I'd like to “set and forget” my risk amount default.
This is a killer feature please complete it thanks.
Just choose to export your history as an Excel file and then save that file as a CSV.
Hi I don't see the down arrow (to select export format) by Statement in either cTrader Web or Mac, would you know if it's been disabled, or if it's Windows Desktop only?
Clicking it brings up this URL in a new tab, visually blank with some bare Javascript in the source.
HI - having this problem as described, have tried the solution of installing the 3 dotnet versions and editing the PATH, didn't help.
Just checking in really in case there are any developments - I really need to be able to run backtests from my Mac.
Thanks all.
Hi there,
This scenario is not supported for cTrader. If you want to use backtesting, at the moment you can do it by using cTrader on Windows.
Best regards,
Panagiotis
thank you - I do understand the Mac version of cTrader doesn't support backtesting. What I'm trying to do is work out why I can't use the Windows version with Parallels to do that.
