I still got the exact same problem…

Is there any real update on this?? The problem is only getting worse. When opening cTrader web now the page does NOT load up AT ALL. It keeps loading without ever completing the refresh. This is getting ridiculous.

As I wrote in my first post, I did refresh it several times, however the page does NOT load. EVERY day when I log in, it takes at least 20-30 mins to properly load the page.

I have also checked my internet connection and it s running fine.

According to other comments, it does look like I'm not the only one with this problem.

Also, often times I get this message when logging into cTrader web page.

I can definitely relate to this! It is so annoying this constant refreshing!

I started using cTrader web not long ago. The features are good but this issue is really restricting me from trading. 

If this doesnt get fixed I will unfortunately need to change platform. it looks like people have been complaining for months and nothing has been done yet.

Very disappointing
