Thanks Scott. I 've read the API and I found next issue:

[Indicator(IsOverlay = true)] // Plots the Indicator on the chart

So, if I have indicator with attribute IsOverlay = false without source code I can't plase it in some chart. Is it right?

It is a very good news! Could you inform about suggested date of integration is VS 2012? I hope it will be 2012 not 2010?
