Development of Simple Floating Trading Widget

Hi,

I need a simple trading widget to be developed (refer attached problem statement & requirement) based on functionality already provided in cTrader but allows for the widget to be floated around the trading screen.  

I believe this would be a simple project to do.  Please email me if you need further clarifications on malhajj@mailme.ae  and let me know if you can deliver this project within the set budget.
