Automate Order execution

I'm looking for someone to code for order execution  based on the alerts generated by the tradingview alerts, including a trailing stop, etc. I have the strategy already and need that to be executed automatically based on the strategy and alerts. Despite being automatically executed orders, I also want to override the order, should I need to.

Background:

My trading Platform: TradingView. Order execution: I can execute my trade orders directly from TradingView to Tradovate - API already exists between these two.

Functionality required:

1. Order automatic execution based on the alerts /strategy generated
2. Trailing Stop
3. Without the need to ON my PC 24/7, it means the order can be executed although my computer is off.
4. Hold timer, before new order being generated ( to avoid fluctuation in the signal generated)
