Add ATR filter to cBot

I would like to add an ATR filter to an existing cBot. To robot will open trades only if the criterium of the ATR filter is true.

Choosable parameters by user: 
- ATR filter (on/off)
- Periods /number/
- MA type /options from every possibilities/

- open trades only if value: (below / above)
                            - value: /number/
