Take profit level

Hi

I need a take profit level/stop loss just one input level! No stop needed..

So this level would have a basic input of level of pips.

Also have percent and or amount for the take profit amount.

This part very basic...

It has to be able to drag/move  on the screen to what ever level I want?

I also want this to work like a stop loss so when price hits it from what ever direction it will then take profit so i want to put it in front of price and be able to under price level.. Just like a stop but completely moveable to go in front or below price? So basically when price hits this level from below or from the top it will trigger my take profit settings..
