Job Responsibilities

As an HR Specialist for the Dinosaur Game team, you will manage important human resource activities and support the development of a healthy team culture. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing the recruitment process, including posting job listings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.

Coordinating with department managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.

Assisting with employee onboarding, ensuring new team members are smoothly integrated into the company.

Maintaining employee records and HR documentation in an organized and confidential manner.

Supporting employee engagement and helping maintain a positive workplace culture.

Handling basic HR operations such as attendance tracking, internal communication, and policy updates.

Assisting with performance review processes and providing administrative HR support.

Experience Requirements

At least 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources, recruitment, or administration.

Experience supporting hiring processes or managing employee records is preferred.

A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage but not required.

Preferred Qualifications

Interest in the gaming or technology industry.

Experience working in small teams or startup environments.

Ability to support remote or international teams.

Strong attention to detail and a proactive working style.
