Speed Stars is a forward-thinking digital company focused on growing online visibility and performance. We’re looking for a skilled and analytical Technical SEO Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of SEO best practices, technical optimization, and website performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive website audits to identify and fix technical SEO issues (crawl errors, broken links, indexing problems, site speed, etc.).

Optimize website architecture, URL structure, and internal linking to improve crawlability and ranking potential.

Collaborate with web developers to implement SEO recommendations and ensure technical best practices are followed.

Analyze and report on website performance metrics using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other SEO tools.

Monitor algorithm updates and proactively adjust strategies to maintain and improve search rankings.

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical benchmarking.

Implement schema markup, structured data, and manage XML sitemaps and robots.txt.

Ensure all pages are mobile-friendly and optimized for Core Web Vitals.

Requirements:

Proven experience in Technical SEO (minimum 2+ years preferred).

Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.

Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).

Hands-on experience with tools like Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Sitebulb.

Knowledge of web analytics, site architecture, and page speed optimization techniques.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with large websites or e-commerce platforms.

Familiarity with server logs, DNS settings, and website migrations.

Basic understanding of Python or SQL for SEO automation and data analysis is a plus.

Certifications in SEO, Google Analytics, or related fields are an advantage.
