Simple Stoploss based on Ichimuku

guess thats just a 5 minute job.

settings:

- timeframe
- distance to kijun line (int)
- trail only in profit (true/false)

what is it supposed to do.

if a order is filled in the current product.

if trailonlyinprofit is true .. immideatly set stop to kijun-line - distance to setting if stop is below it

if trailonlyinprofit is false .. do nothing until position in profit .. then set stop to kijun-line - distance to setting if stop is below it
