Auto-fit data to screen toggleable button

Similar to TradingView - where you can toggle this on an the move the chart along the horizontal axis and the chart candles stay in the middle of the screen and their ratios autofit to the screen. Would be also nice to be able to specify top and bottom screen margins for the chart.
