Add option to plot renko bars with wicks.

I have been using the renko wicks indicator as a separate add-on and I would like it to be a standard option offered by the cTrader platform.

I know from experience, that plotting renko bars with wicks is a resource intensive task and requires considerable computing power when scrolling through weeks worth of market data. 

But, it's worth the additional resources required to achieve the result. Renko bars with wicks are more appropriate than simple open and close price bars.

I look forward to this feature included in the next update.
