Hi,
1. Context and problem:
Strictly referring to the cTrader forum:
- Regular users currently lack clear information about the official support team's working hours, working days and public holidays.
- This creates uncertainty and can lead to confusion, as regular users are unsure when the official support team will be active or available to provide assistance.
- Also, it can be difficult to distinguish between responses from the official support team and those from regular users.
2. Proposed solution:
I suggest adding a section strictly for the official support team on the cTrader forum that includes:
2.1 The working hours and working days.
2.2 A calendar indicating public holidays or non-working days.
2.3 A list of official support team members (cTrader usernames) on the forum, along with their roles (e.g., moderators, administrators, etc.), to help regular users identify official responses versus those from regular users.
This would provide more transparency, allowing regular forum users to better understand the availability and responsibilities of the support team, and distinguish official support from regular forum users.
