[Suggestion 11][Add City-Based Option for Time Zone Setting]

Hi,

1. Currently, the time zone selection displays only UTC offsets (e.g., UTC+0, UTC+1). 

 

2. It would be more user-friendly if users could also set their time zone by selecting or writing a city. 

    This way, users can choose between the UTC offset or a city, without needing to search online for the correct UTC.

3. What do you think about this suggestion ?
