[Bug Report 2][New Topic Displays Incorrect Time]

Hi,

According to the picture, I noticed that when creating a new topic / reply, the time displayed on the forum (27 Aug 2024, 20:28) is different from the local time (27 Aug 2024, 23:28) on my device.
