How do I remove fixed size of a position window?

Hello,

I am not able to do remove fixed size of position window. I want to maximize and making better usage of associated chart rather than changing the main window's chart to follow the progression of the position. The position window be fixed in size. Please help me to fix this issue. Any help would be appreciated.
