UI accent color options

UI accent color options

Changing the chart colors is nice and easy, I prefer the tradingview default colors to the ctrader red and green.

But the rest of the UI still has the red and green, sidebars, buttons, quicktrade, stats, news, etc

Would be cool to be have the option to change these in settings, just two: Green and Red
