Fixed levels for S/L and T/P

I place pending order with chosen T/P or/and S/L. However when position is opened, it changes S/L and T/P level accordingly to the price slippage. In example: I place pending Buy order at price 0,5000, with S/L 0,4000 and T/P 0,6000. When it opens at price 0,5012 it changes S/L to 0,4012 and T/P to 0,612. I don't want it to. T/P and S/L should be fixed as I shown in the pending order.
