Advanced Trailing Stop

Upgrade Trailing stop with some simple features can make it work wonders, in a way that is almost identical to a manual management of the trade:

1) Today Trailing stop only allows to set how many pips it will follow the price. It trails immediatly

2) (NEW) Possibility to set with how many pips the Trailing Stop will start to work

3) (NEW) Implant the possibility to set how many pips it will wait before taking a "step". This allow more room for the price to breathe on volatility peaks

4) (NEW) Possibility to set a 2nd level of trailing stop, with different parameters in 1), 2) and 3) parameters once a given number of pips is reached. This allows a more soft trailing stop at beginning of a trade, and a more agressive one as the trade aproachs the targets
