Some of the functionality of cMirror needs to be brought back to Copy

Dear Spotware Team,

I did enjoy the cMirror platform you had, and I do enjoy the Copy functionality as well. I can understand why cMirror was removed.

I do think though that some of its functionalities like the risk per trade % copied and the reverse position copy can be quite useful and be implemented in cTrader Copy.
