Strategy copier option - Do/Don't copy all current positions

Strategy copiers need an option to copy a strategy without copying all of the provider's open positions.

I've only been providing my strategy on your platform for 5 days as I'm a recent convert to ctrader from mt4. However, I've already seen copiers follow and unfollow within the same day due to taking losses on trades that I closed in profit via trailing stop or break even stop. This is a loss of potential commission for me and a loss of trading funds for them, which could be avoided with this added option given to copiers when they are inputting their funds allocation.
