No mid-line in channels. 3rd point of channel cannot be moved horizontally and is not magnetic

Hello 

First thanks to cTrader developers. its the best trading platform i've seen.

I have 2 suggestions about 2 problems in price channels. my trading strategy is based on channels and this problems some times make me use other platforms.

In channels there is no mid-line or a option to add it to channel

Third point of channels cannot move horizontally and also does not stick to the price.
