Keyboard trading: Using Ctrl keys to execute trades

With the ability to preload the trades.

As an Example: ctrl-a to buy 1 lot, ctrl-s to add 2 lots (you can preset these hotkeys to your specific pip value needs), and so on, and ctrl-j to sell half the position and ctrl-l to sell all.
