Add withdrawal status " IN PROCESSING " on Tradewatch>Transactions>Withdrawal>Note

Hi ,

it would be great and very important IF :

after click " Request Withdrawal " button on Withdrawal Form and the transaction successful

THEN

ctrader generates transaction ID and it appear on Tradewatch>Transactions>Withdrawal with note "

for example :" your request is accepted and transaction is being process ".

This case happen when a brokerage doesn't provide history transaction on it website (only use CTrader platform).
