Bar OHLC info displayed with Cursor tooltip

As is the case with MT$ and most other trading platforms, when a bar in the chart is selected with the cursor tip, OHLC information for the selected bar should be displayed at the cursor tip.

You can see OHLC information if you select the market snapshot tool from the line studies tools
