Allow Skipping cBot/Indicator Parameters Window

Please add a property to IndicatorAttribute and RobotAttribute classes for skipping the parameters window and executing directly the OnStart/Initialize method.

This feature will allow developers to get the data from the user for indicator/cBot by showing their own custom window or skipping these steps at all, some cBot/indicators don't have any parameter.
