Selection points of objects must have mouseover priority when object is selected.

Selection points of objects must have mouseover priority when object is selected.

Hello,

currently, selection of control point of object (i.e. lines) on the chart may be difficult at low zoom level. Please give priority to the control points of the selected object at mouseover event.
this can be achieved by locking the selection of an object when it's clicked, and a click on chart's background can deselect the object.
