Multiple Chart View - Make it adjustable

When you have multiple charts open in chart view, can you make it possible to reorder the charts via the vertical drop down list (controlled by the extreme right hand drop down arrow) so that charts can be reordered from the drop down list, much like you can with an apple product where a list can be be adjusted to user preference ?
