Price Alert - cTrader

After I just opened up the cTrader, I set a price alert.  The first 2 times I set the price alert always wrong.  I clicked on the Bell icon and move it to the desired price level and click the mouse button.  I am very sure I did move the cursor to the price level that I wanted.  I have to do it 3 times to get it right.  After I have got the first price alert right, all the subsequent price alert setting is fine.

Please have a look and fix it if you can.

Thanks for posting in our forum. However your description is not very clear. What do you mean when you say "The price is wrong"? Do you mean the alert is not placed at the position you clicked on the chart? If you could record a short video demonstating your issue, it would be helpful to understand.
