Is Market Range Definition Working for Pending Orders?

Is Market Range Definition Working for Pending Orders?

I have trade with economic datas.. And sometimes market being so fast..
So i need to define "Market Range" value for my pending orders,
but i read "Market Range" function is just for quicktrade buttons...

I want to learn that market range function is affective for pending orders?
If your answer is "No", please make available Market Range Property also for pending orders...
