Trade in units or micro lots size instead of min 10K positions

Trading in units or micro lots size instead of min 10K positions. Can we please have more control over our position sizing? A min order of 10K is too high for many, trading in units (no lot limitation) or at least 1K micro lots would be much better. Thanks.
