Pending orders ability to enter trade at specific time on open of that candle

Would be great to set a pending order to open at a specific time at the open of the candle.
I set a pending order at 0700 to open a trade at 15:35 on the open of that candle .
Would cut out missing the open of the candle.
Free up more time if it is part of your strategy.
