Preview order on chart before placing

Show the location of an order and its associated SL and TP on a chart before the order is placed. The 'Create Order' dialog already has an adjacent chart that order graphics could be added to (at last the Pepperstone variant of cTrader does).

This would make visualising potential trades a lot easier and would help to prevent mistakes due to typos.
