Please add crosshair and drawing tool panel in all detached windows

I detach about 10 windows so everytime I want to drwa or measure something I have to go back o my main monitor which is very unconvenient ,so please add crosshair and drawing tool panel in all detached windows.

I have exactly the same problem detaching Tools Menu.
Please set Tools Menu detachable.
