displaying Midprice candles/bars

Option to display midprice bars/candles instead of Bid price candles.

Bid candles don't show accurately the market when there are news events, low liquidity, etc.. (spread increased). Specially in low timeframes
midprice=0.5*(bidprice+askprice)
