essencial bug fixing login/logout - attempts of failed internet reconnection

After just few attempts of auto-login when internet fails, (including the server of Calgo), C-Algo eventually logs out without further attempts to reconnect. It is really troublesome for people on islands or countries with less than stable internet connection. As a result it becomes a moot point to even use automatic robot trading if you need to re-login "MANUALLY" each time there is a hipcup in the connection.
