ability to set keyboard shortcut keys for different panels,tools.

I`d like to set my own keyboard shortcut keys for different tools like crosshairs, panel visibility, like the positions & orders window, watch list, right now I have to keep going to the menu`s and digging into drop downs to change interface views. and they are limited.

The chart swap/cycling button makes you go through multiple layouts just to get to the one you want.
