thicker bar option, for the OHLC bars

ability to create thicker OHLC bars, they are quite thin and hard to view over the long term, not enough contrast. especially on lighter backgrounds... (MT4 and ninjatrader allow you to make thicker bars with more colour choices for better contrast).
