Option to freely move left and right within charts. No auto adjust, no limit moving to the right

Option to freely move left and right within charts. No auto adjust, no limit moving to the right

- Please remove the auto adjust when moving left and right.
- Please do not limit how far to the right we are able to move the chart.

Possibly have toggle options for this.
On another vote it says it has been completed, but these things are still an issue. Am I missing something?
