Chart is not flexible with drawing tools as it only zoom in and out horizontally not Vertically .?

Chart is not flexible with drawing tools as it only zoom in and out horizontally not Vertically .?

All the platforms - The chart is not flexible to move around anywhere on the window with drawing tools, which is still annoying even though there are loads of people asking for the same thing .
