Why cant U strech the pricescale on the chart

Why cant U strech the pricescale on the chart

Why cant U expand the priceaxis in the chart? If watching a 30 min chart the candels take up 4 centimeter of the monitorspace and rest is free, yet U cant scale the prixe axis??
