provide add fund provision & deletion option of existing demo account- ctrader

1) please provide add fund provision in existing demo account of ctrader when the allotted fund is finish or lost so that trader does not need to open another account for fund
2) deletion option of demo account when customer needs or erasing of existing trades with provision of add fund
